水霧化鐵粉是指,利用高壓霧化水通過特制的噴嘴將高溫鐵水擊打成細的霧狀粉末,然后通過分選、脫水、干燥、還原、破碎、篩分、合批、包裝等工藝形成鋼鐵粉末。目前,當水霧化鐵粉由水中分選出以后,鐵粉中仍含有大量水分,若直接干燥處理,將大大的增加干燥成本,因此在分選處理后需要脫水處理,現有的脫水方式是通過滾筒篩或振動篩去除摻雜在水霧化鐵粉中的水分,由于水霧化鐵粉粒度小,滾動篩或振動篩的篩孔很難達到要求,從而導致大量水霧化鐵粉流失,造成產品浪費,過濾效果差;而且摻雜水分的水霧化鐵粉流動性差,易滯留在滾動篩或振動篩上,影響生產連續性。
